Hale End was founded in 1928 and has been involved in local football for the last eighty years. We are affiliated to the Essex County Football Association and the Amateur Football Alliance, competing in the Amateur Football Combination.

Hale End are based at Wadham Lodge Sports Ground, Walthamstow, London E17 and run five good quality teams, with ages starting from sixteen upwards. We also run a veterans team for the young at heart.

We encourage various social events, including a well-established Golf Society. Hale End has a bi-monthly magazine, which provides an informal news source of the clubs activities. All members of the management committee are volunteers and the club is run on a non-profit making basis.
